If a certificate is not being correctly loaded in applications other than SecureDoc - even though it has been registered in the Smart Security Interface or ECSigner application or if, when opening the certificate through certmgr.msc, the system displays the message:
"Windows does not have enough information to verify this certificate," please install the appropriate intermediate certificates.
