How to Create and Confirm a Trusted Profile Using a Qualified Certificate?

Go to the website https://pz.gov.pl/pz/index and click on the "Register" button.
Choose the option for e-dowód (e-ID).

Fill in your details and click on "Zarejestruj się" (Register).

Confirm your email address and phone number by entering the received verification code. Your account will be created.
Log in to your account by entering your email address and password.
After logging in, confirm the application for trusted profile.

Click on the "Potwierdź certyfikatem" (Confirm with certificate) button.

If the PodpisGOV application is already installed and running, a window will open with a list of certificates. (If you haven't installed the application yet, download, install, and run it.)

• Choose the appropriate qualified certificate from the list and authenticate yourself:
• For device signature, enter your PIN code for the cryptographic card.
• For cloud signature (ECSigner), log in to your account by entering your email address and password, then enter the authorization code from the ECSigner mobile app.

After signing, your trusted profile will be confirmed.

Additionally, you can associate the qualified certificate with your account, allowing you to log in to your trusted profile using this certificate later on. To do this, go to the "Zarządzanie kontem" (Account management) tab > "Szczegóły konta" (Account details) and use the "Dodaj certyfikat kwalifikowany" (Add qualified certificate) button. Again, select your certificate from the PodpisGOV component list and authenticate yourself. If successful, a confirmation message will appear.
Finally, the certificate should now be visible in the "Powiązane certyfikaty kwalifikowane" (Related qualified certificates) section.
From now on, you can log in to your account using the "Zaloguj się przy pomocy banku lub innego dostawcy > Certyfikat kwalifikowany" (Login using bank or other provider > Qualified certificate) option.
