How to set a new password for ECSigner cloud signature?

We would like to inform you that for ECSigner cloud signature we have introduced a requirement to change the access password. You will need to set a new password at the next signing attempt.

After changing the password, simply close the ECSigner Desktop application and restart it. When restarting, use the newly set password.

How to set a new password?

Step 1. Go to the website portal.eurocert.pl

Step 2. Click "forgot password"

Step 3. Enter the email address with which you have set up an account at  portal.eurocert.pl

 

Step 4 Receive the email and click on the “Change Password” link embedded in it.

Step 5 You will receive a confirmation that your password has been changed.
