If your personal data was changed (name, surname or identification number) or you want to add / remove / change company data included in the signature being renewed - follow the information below.


If your personal information was changed

Step1. Send (in response to the received message) a scan or photos of the ID document (passport or ID card) containing the changed data

    Attention! - requirements for the uploaded file

  • The file must be signed with your current qualified signature that you want to renew (you can use any signature format)
  • Remember to secure your document, please send documents with masked data. We need only some of them to be visible, as in the example below:

Step 2. After sending the message with the file, wait for an answer you will receive by e-mail within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). In response, you will receive information about the result of the verification of the correctness and compliance of the data presented.


Attention! If any data is incorrect - a EuroCert consultant will contact you (by phone or email) and explain ambiguities.


Step 3. If the provided data is correct and sufficient - the EuroCert consultant will approve the application and you will receive an email with further instructions. The renewal process can be completed immediately after receiving the message.




If you want to change / add / remove "Additional data" in the renewed qualified signature:


Step1. Send (in response to the received message) the necessary documents authorizing us to certify and include "Additional data" in the qualified certificate. Depending on the situation which company or institution you represent, please send:


  • When you represent the Company, the Enterprise:
    • Power of attorney - signed in accordance with the company's representation rules (a sample template can be downloaded here - LINK)
    • One of the documents confirming the legal basis of the operation and company data:
      • a copy or a printout from the National Court Register - not older than 6 months
      • a copy or a printout from CEiDG
  • When you represent a State institution / body:
    • Power of attorney - signed in accordance with the rules of representation (sample template download here - LINK)
    • Resolution or other decision on appointment to a given position
    • Confirmation of assigning the tax identification number of the represented entity

Attention! If the product you have purchased, there is no surcharge for confirming and changing the data in the renewed certificate. We will send you information about the need for an additional payment of PLN 50.00 net.
