If you wish to keep your original data which remains unchanged.
Please send us a following message in response to the e-mail you have received from us:
„I, [Forename, surname of the signature owner], wish to renew my certificate with the same data which has been placed in the original certificate. Please reject the request for submitting a new certificate”.
Upon submitting an e-mail, please wait up to 24h (Monday to Friday) for a response. If we get back to you, it shall mean that the renewal procedure can be processed again. In the subsequent procedure please always use the same Renewal Code which you used the first time.
