The default PIN and SO PIN (PUK) codes can be found in the secure envelope which is provided when purchasing the certificate.
SMS message / e-mail can also be an alternative option for transporting PIN and SO PIN codes.
If the PIN and SO PIN codes are lost, purchase of a new certificate with a new card is be required.
